I am a graduate from the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University seeking employment in the luxury sector. I recently received a Master of Global Innovation Management (Concentration: Global Luxury Management) from both NCSU and SKEMA Business School (France) in December 2014. I am a marketing professional experienced in social media advertising, brand management, and account management. I have experience in product development, trend recognition, team building within diverse populations, and customer service.

In the summer of 2008, I worked as an intern with Marriott International as a marketing and sales intern. Based in the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront location, I served as project manager for Marriott’s sponsorship of Artscape 2008. As the official hotel sponsor for the arts festival, it was my job to heighten brand awareness, so I chose to take the philanthropic approach. Instead of operating for profit during the festival, Marriott chose to bring awareness to the company’s green initiative and give back to the community. Thus we sold reusable totes and all proceeds went to the Children’s Miracle Network.

I began my first job with Nordstrom, Incorporated in November 2011. After only two months on the sales floor I was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Women’s Shoe Department. My role as assistant manager incorporated managing merchandise presentation, executing company based events and promotions, and coaching a team of eighteen salespeople. During my tenure in this role, the department was able to produce the highest regional sell through rate in the last three quarters of 2013.

Most recently I have been fulfilling my duties as Brand Assistant (Intern) for Harbison Collection at the companies New York City headquarters. While at Harbison I have completed branding components, organized and executed marketing events, managed sample inventory, coordinated look book and brand material development, and performed market research for the Fall ’15 collection.

I hope that you will find that this brief profile, in combination with the website content, describes an experienced professional with the skills to meet the requirements of employment. Once again thank you for visiting.
